Roles & Responsibilities

1.Support Greater China Vehicle Product Planning Department in product definition process and support early strategic milestone development and approval process

支持大中华区整车产品规划部门完成产品定义,先期战略关键节点制定及审批等各项流程

2.Assist in the development of segment and carline product proposals that meet customer needs across Greater China

协助制定不同细分市场及产品线的产品规划方案以满足中国消费者需求

3.Analyse new business and product opportunities to improve Vehicle Line profitability in support of overall future product plan.

对新业务和新产品机会进行分析，以提升整车产品线的盈利能力为整体未来产品计划提供支撑

4.Support special product and market studies to deliver Greater China business needs.

5.Close working relation with other functions (e.g. Finance, Marketing, Vehicle Architecture, Design) and regions (e.g. Europe, North America, Middle East Africa)

保持与相关部门(例如：财务，市场，整车体系，设计等)以及其他业务地区(例如：欧洲，北美，中东等)密切合作

 

Qualifications & Skills Required

1.Bachelor degree or above. 本科及以上学历

2.Auto, Marketing, Business Management Strategy related Majors will be a plus 汽车，市场，商务，战略等相关专业优先

3.Outstanding communication skills, including English, paper writing / PowerPoint 出色的沟通能力，包括英语交流，书面写作和PPT展示

4.Ability to work in a fast pace, dynamic environment 能适应快节奏，动态的业务环境

5.Experience in competitive analysis, business case development and strategy development; strong business acumen skills 有一定的竞争性分析，商务案例及战略发展等经验；有较强的商业敏锐度

6.High motivation, self-starter; High quality standard 高主动性，高标准的质量交付

7.High integrity with great attitude and interpersonal skills.诚信和良好的人际相处能力

8.Flexibility on meeting schedules due to some time zone differences.能进行跨时区工作的灵活性

9.Excellent communication skill and demonstrated initiative with integrity, teamwork orientation, and high intelligence level

10.Internship experience in Auto Industry preferred
