You will join our recruitment team and be based in Shanghai and work in direct collaboration with the recruiters of our worldwide subsidiaries. Your working environment would be very international and have the chance to know lots of job information in different industries. You will participate in the following activities:

 Participation in the process of recruitment

 Creation of Chinese consultant files

 Management of the applications from the website

 Sourcing of new candidates (Engineering/IT) to expand candidates’ database

 Weekly reporting and weekly meeting with your team

 Presence in recruitment related events

Your profile

 You’re a student in the last year of bachelor’s degree or with a Master’s degree from either a Business School or Engineering School. Ideally you have had a first experience in recruitment.

 You can ensure a presence of at least three days per week for a duration of 6 months

 Keen sense of communication, strength of conviction, ability to identify talent, dynamism and proactivity: these advantages will help you join our fast growing structure.

 You speak both fluent English and Chinese, a second European language is considered a plus (French, Spanish, German).

 Your computer literacy is advantageous, especially with an excellent understanding of MS Office, Outlook and Internet

 Coached by recruitment manager of the group Amaris, you will receive throughout your integration process training, individual support on all aspects of the recruitment (job posting, sourcing, interview, communication, negotiation, etc.).

Your working environment would be very international and have the chance to understand corporate financial operations. You will participate in the following activities:

 Support local invoicing and accounting topics

 Collect invoicing information and support invoicing topics

 Follow up invoice payment situation

 Support daily bank statement record, invoice collection

Your profile

 You’re a student with a major in accounting/finance and with interest in in-house accounting

 You speak both fluent English and Chinese, a second European language is considered a plus (French, Spanish, German).

 You can ensure a presence of at least two days per week for a duration of 4-6 months

 Your computer literacy is important, especially with an excellent understanding of Excel, Outlook and Internet

[International Environment/In-house Legal/Wuhan]

We’re currently looking for a Legal Officer, who will be based in Wuhan. Working closely with your colleagues around the world within the Legal Department, you will be in direct contact with the Directors of several companies of the group to conduct a global audit. Your missions can be divided into several assignments:      

 Intellectual property:

Understand the challenges of a brand with an international dimension Insurance: policy implementation, risk analysis, etc.

 Commercial contracts:

Handle contracts within a complex international context, as well as secure intergroup contractual relations: current accounts agreements, load distribution contract, partnership agreement, delegations of power/signature, etc.

Your Profile:

 You graduate with a Bachelor or Master degree in Law studies. Obtaining a legal licence, you have already had a first work experience in the field of corporate law/business law/finance/corporate taxation of around 1-2 years.

 You have a good command of the English, Chinese and Japanese languages to treat legal issues for the related entities

 You are comfortable working with IT tools and have knowledge of international standards is a definite asset. 

 You are naturally curious and open-minded, both autonomous and teamwork-loving, you want to participate in the development of a strong growth structure within tightly-knit teams.
