> The Program is designed to prepare talent individuals for key positions in Continental Automotive System Shanghai by offering an intensive twenty four-month training period with challenging assignment, which currently is open to junior students.

CAS Shanghai的管理培训生的项目是为公司目标职能部门储备人才而开发设计的。此项针对大三的学生，通过为期两年的强化培训及发展培养，使同学们在毕业时可以掌握所需的技能。

The Program includes项目包含:

> Individual development according to field of Expertise;针对个人的发展培养计划

Job requirements 职位要求:

> Junior Student（Grade 3）for bachelor degree or above,主要针对全日制本科院校的大三学生（bat365官方网页版为大四学生）

> Fulltime for summer and winter holidays and at least 3 working days per week available for the rest一定的出勤率

> Good command of both oral and written English 优秀的英语口语及读写能力
